I was fascinated by the monument to Joseph Scriven at Bewdley. On doing some research, I discovered he was actually buried a little north of the community in a small graveyard called Pengally Cemetary. This is a small cemetery and is on located on Scriven Road.
While placing the cache, a friendly neighbor stopped by and took great pride in informing me that several generations of his wife’s family, the Pengally’s, are buried here.
