Geocache Description:

Magnetic cache! Please take care when hiding it because the magnet is not very strong and PLEASE hide it on the SAME spot. I have included two strips of logbooks. Bring your own pen/pencil. The logbooks have been placed inside a small plastic bag. Enjoy!

A cache dedicated to the spooky olde-worlde Clock Tower of St. Mary of All Souls in West Hampstead. The clock was originally installed in 1877 and made by EJ Dent (1790 - 1853) who was a English watchmaker noted for his highly accurate clocks and marine chronometers. The clock at St Mary’s is charmingly described as a ‘flat bed, ding-dong’ and it chimes the quarter and hour, though it now has a night silencer for the benefit of the neighbourhood. Tick tock tick tock...Ding dong ding dong! It's time to go geocaching! :)
