The container is not located at the given coordinates.  Solve the puzzle below to find the final coordinates.

The 366th Fighter Wing at nearby Mountain Home Air Force Base is home to three fighter squadrons (The T-Bolts, The Bold Tigers and The Buccaneers).
Some of the enterprising and energetic personnel from one of the fighter squadrons produced this geoart in a Playa located off the base.

Solve the following to find the final coordinates:
