The ASTRA Museum of Traditional Folk Civilization is located in the Dumbrava Forest, 3 km south-east of Sibiu. Occupying an area of 0.96 square kilometres, and having 10 km of alleys, it is the largest open air museum in Romania and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe. The museum was established in 1963 and receives visitors since 1967. Over the years the museum was enriched with exhibits from all parts of the country, now it's having over 400 monuments of folk architecture and technique as well as an impressive collection of ethnographic heritage objects.
Opening hours: daily 10-20 (summer); 9-17 (winter). Program for cyclists 8-10 ; 18-20 (summer)
Interiors visit: May-October, Tuesday-Sunday.

Muzeul Civilizatiei Populare Traditionale ASTRA este așezat în rezervaţia naturală Dumbrava Sibiului. El se intinde pe 96 de hectare și are peste 10 km de alei. Cel mai mare muzeu în aer liber din țară a fost înființat în 1963 și primește vizitatori începând cu 1967. Pe parcursul anilor muzeul s-a îmbogățit cu exponate din toate părțile țării, astăzi având peste 400 de construcții autentice care arată măiestria și cunoștințele tehnice ale meșterilor populari.
Program de vizitare: zilnic 10-20 (vara); 9-17 (iarna). Program pentru bicicliști: 8-10 ; 18-20 (vara)
Perioada vizitare interioare: mai-octombrie, marti-duminica.

Az ASTRA Népművészeti Hagyományok Múzeuma a nagyszebeni Fiatalerdőben (Dumbrava Sibiului) taláható. A szabadtéri múzeumot, mely 96 hektáron terül el, 1963-ban alapitották és 1967-ben nyitotta meg kapuit. Jelenleg több mint 400, különböző tájegységet bemutató, népművészeti épület található a múzeumban.
Nyitvatartás: naponta 10-20 (nyáron); 9-17 (télen). Kerékpárosoknak: 8-10 ; 18-20 (nyáron)
Belső terek nyitvatartása: május-október, kedd-vasárnap.
