Please DO NOT go on the property, the dock and boardwalk around GZ are fine. I have permission for this cache to be here but I do not live here and the property owners have asked that visitors abide by this. (Emergencies excluded) Congratulations FTF model12 This is an easy find but does require a boat to get to GZ.
Please note this is only accessible via the water. DO NOT attempt to reach the cache via the roadway it's a private lane way that doesn't lead to the cache location.
This is available via the waterway so it isn't advisable to attempt to reach it when the water is partially frozen. It is available all summer and when the water is frozen.
