Geocache Description:

Waiohinu is in the shadow of Mauna Loa and probably is prone to flash flooding.  A drainage canal runs through the area.  It's a nice area to park and have your lunch.

Look for a road heading toward the ocean, and a flood control canal on the Na'alehu side of Waiohinu.  There is no need to go past the chain link fence.
