Geocache Description:

Before passing away, captain Redbeard, an old Belgian pirate, wanted to pass the secret of his last big treasure onto his two sons, Eric and Thierry. Rightfully he feared that each of them would try to pursue the treasure on his own, instead of sharing it. He told them he had hidden the treasure on one of the Mendez Islands. To force them to cooperate during the search, he told Eric only the latitude and Thierry only the longitude. However, his sons were willing to do anything but share!

They sat above a map of the Mendez Islands with a pint of grog. Seemingly, to discuss the journey to the treasure. But both of them with a hidden intention to find out the other half of the coordinates without revealing his own.
Eric took a strong swing of grog and uttered:
"I obviously don't know, on which of the islands the treasure is hidden. But it is clear to me that you don't know it either."
Thierry kept staring at the map in contemplation for a good while, until he replied:
"At first I knew not which isle it is, but now I do know it!"
He quickly finished his pint and left the room. Eric was confused for a bit, until he realised what was going on. He hit the table hard with his fist:
"Hahaaa, our father didn't expect this! Now I know too! Set sails for the Mendez Islands!"
