You are looking for a bison tube attached to something larger, in Peach Hill Park in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
I've spent a lot of time at Peach Hill Park this spring looking for birds. Today I came to look at birds AND hide some caches. Pine siskins are small birds, mostly brown, with a yellow tint at the edge of their wings. They are often here in the winter.
