This location was a break they took while doing a clean up project on AMR. It is not located on AMR, but outside the gate. Gate is locked at 9pm so you don't have to worry about Muggles after that time. Otherwise stealth skills needed in high traffic area. Park on Right side of Bouganville Dr.
