BYOP! Welcome to Margerum Wildlife Park, in beautiful Chesterfield, NJ! This "park" is easy to miss. There is signage along the side of Margerum Road that lets you know you're there -- but that's about it. I'll be darned if I could tell you when and why this "park" was created; there is nothing online concerning this area, and its purpose is questionable. But any park is a good park, so be it. Just pull off the road and park right there in the little clearing. Find the trail head marked by two posts hammered into the ground (and the birdhouse!) Short walk, no bushwhacking, mostly cleared area. Camo'd bison.
