This little parkette as you come into the village of Fenwick has been here for more than fifty years. At one time there were many flowers planted here by the local horticultural society. The trees were much smaller then. Much time has passed but it is still a quiet little oasis as you come into town.
The lock and lock container is big enough for a log and possibly a small travel bug. I wandered around for a while trying to pick the perfect spot. While you are in the Fenwick area check out some of the fresh fruit in season. At one time there was an abundance of cherries, peaches, apples and pears. Now many of the farms are gone and the former orchards are built up with new homes.
