Geocache Description:

We've been eyeballing this spot for years as a possible site for a geocache and with a geocache event coming up in Morton on May 30, 2015 we figured it was the right time. There's a fairly good size area to pull off the highway with parking. For some reason our GPS didn't have Hwy 12 in the right location but GZ is on the SOUTH side of Hwy 12. Just follow your GPS and you shouldn't have any problem.

Aug. 2, 2022: There used to be two blue gates here, hence the name. The road used to be fairly clear, now it's getting all grown up. There used to be spotty GPS recreption, well that part hasn't changed. What has changed? We have moved the cache to a more accessible location. If your GPS/phone won't settle down look for the obvious. It's there.
