Geocache Description:

Park and Grab. This is a magnetic on the back of the first green box.

I've check the coordinates on some web sites and they appear okay, but when you get close to the GZ the GPS seems to jump a lot and head you back toward the building, so I've given a detailed hint that I hope will help, cause I want folks to find it. Please let me know if this hint will lead you in the right direction.
