The Gizmo Trail continues with our seventh cache along this trail and it represents cat #4 in our family. Griffen and Max were best buds and were often seen sleeping together or cleaning one another. Griffen loved hard scratches on his back and would sometimes start to drool when I gave him a good, hard back scratch. He would often jump up onto my wifes lap and start to make bread and purr and purr. Griffen was probably the best bread maker of all the cats we have had.

 

Griffen loved his food and was a little plump and so when he stopped eating last year we knew something was wrong. He began to lose weight and even though we took him into the vet a few times we never could pin point the issue. It got to the point where Griffen was suffering and starting to waste away. We had to make the hard decision to put him to sleep and said goodbye to this little guy on May 2, 2014.

This cache is again along a well used path so please use stealth when looking for this cache and put back as found.
