MVBaranduda2 Traditional Cache

This cache is in a superb location at 686 metres in the northern end of Baranduda Regional Park. Access in winter months restricted to walkers / mountain bikers - which is the best time to visit this park.

 GZ is reasonably close to Trig Point the highest point on the northern end of Baranduda Range. In summer this track is open to vehicles (4WD only) but is closed from June to November - which is the best time to find it!. Good parking spot near the gate on Ridge Lane elevation 245metres - good aerobic climb of about 3.0 km to the Trig Point at 685metres and GZ is less than 150m from there. This is Baranduda Regional Park - dogs allowed so bring the geopooch along for some great exercise! The environment is superb grassy woodland of red anther wallaby grass and mixed eucalypt species.
