Go Fishing! Traditional Cache

There is a parking lot on the right before the loop.  The cache is a short walk along the creek.  This easy and geared to families.  Enjoy the park and the view.  Be carefull of fishermen in canoes as you get closer to the cache.  There is a nice picnic spot near by. You may want to have bug spray on too. This cache is in memory of our son Daniel, who loved to fish, loved little kids and grew up in this park.

This cache is in a geocaching container with log book and pencil.  FTF pin and a travel VW bug "June Bug" .  We planted this cache at this place because the park holds quite a bit of significance to our family.  It is near our home, our kids have played soccer at the park and fished in the creek.  Nature hikes along the trails have been a favorite past time since our kids were small.  They are all grown now and we continue to enjoy happy memories when we visit the park.  We hope this is the beginning of some for you as well.  Please be sure to fasten it securely to the tree as you found it so it won't float away :)
