This is a cache that is part of a mystery cache(GC5WHZA) and has the CC numbers on the inside of the container.

You should be able to park right next to the cache. Watch out for muggles from all around. If you are slick then you should be good.

Update 9/8/15: Cache replaced and ready to go. Now in a new spot and should stay dry.
