My Daughter and I put this caching series together in memory of her dog, “Allie the Wonder Dog”.
This was one of their favorite walks.
The trail can reached from the first cache” Allie’s Parking” located just a mile off the free way.
A nice place to stretch your legs, it is exactly ½ way between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
You will see a railroad “No Trespassing sign” at the trail head, the sign is for motor vehicles only.
The walking trail entrance is just to the left of the gate and “No Trespassing sign” and the trail is the dirt road. The loop is about 1.5 miles round trip. Caution for Poison oak off to the sides of the trail/ Road, the cache is all placed in area that does not have poison oak near the cache.
