Duck island is a small island in a duck pond located in the Ashburton domain.
This is a nice location and my kids and I come here quite often to feed the ducks.
Cache is a little tricky to get too as the name would suggest it is an island. Though there is an easy way to get to it without having to get wet feet and may take abit of negotiating and weather plays a role in if you will get wet feet or not. otherwise I suggest bring your gumboots.
