Located in downtown Sidney in one of the municipal parking lots. These lots provide convenient parking to Main Street. This particular lot is located between Liberty Street and Bridge Street.

The lot this cache is located in is open 24/7 for parking and is well maintained during all times of the year. It is a high traffic area during the day, so if you're attempting to get this cache when the sun is out, please be stealthy.
