志文駅（しぶんえき）は、北海道岩見沢市志文本町一条4丁目にある北海道旅客鉄道（JR北海道）室蘭本線の駅である。

かつて万字線の分岐駅としてにぎわっていたが今は単なる中間駅で広い構内のみが往時の面影を残している。
