This should be a fairly quick park and grab, except when muggles are around in the park. The name will be obvious when you arrive at the site. You will be looking for a bison tube (please just unscrew it and do not take the entire tube from its spot). $2 for the FTF. The bill comes from Georick402's 2525 cache and was left by the WJFamily who took only the lottery tickets as FTFs.
