Geocache Description:

The birds fly high in the southwestern sky and fill the air with their sweet songs. With the air ever so clear and the sight across the land is ever so breath taking in all seasons. While in the summer, with just enough rain the grass is green and the wild mountain flowers furnish along the slopes and the butterflies flutter from place to place. What a magical place to “land” and take in all that is around. Take a selfie of you or your group where “H” marks the spot to remember you time here and share when you log the geocache! To sign the log book go to the southwest side of where "H" marks the spot and walk 120 feet in the southwest direction and you will find a Large pile of rocks and bolder.Use your geocaching senses to find it! Geocache container has a few trading items to enjoy! Enjoy your time in the Gila

Welcome to this Trail Mix Geocache series! This is a family fun geocaching adventure. These caches are being placed in conjunction with a local article that is about geocaching in the local area trails. https://100hikesinayear.wordpress.com/ The trail is easy you can walk or take an ATV along the dirt road. It is a beautiful walk with views all around along with some neat sights. In this set of five (“H” Marks the Spot, A Step Above the Rest, Gila Hollow, Rooty, and "Y”) it is a mix of Mystery Caches and Traditional Caches. They are the start of the series and we hope that you enjoy them! Happy Trails
