North coordinates = The year that Prince Edward Island entered the Canadian Confederation and minus 1,125. 

West coordinates = Take the capital of Prince Edward Island "_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _" and convert each letter to number.  Add the numbers together and add 493.
