This is the third cache in my mini-series "To Quote ____...", a series of quote-themed caches. This is a two-staged geocache at the Thurmont Municipal Parking Lot. This cache shouldn't be that difficult, terrain-wise or difficulty-wise. Stage one is a suspicious looking container with the coordinates for the next stage inside of it and stage two is very close by (less than 15 feet away). There might be some muggles, but you shouldn't have to look for a long time so you won't look peculiar. Make sure to bring your own pen (BYOP)! Good luck!
