Stage I:
Stand in the middle of the Gazebo at the Keene Memorial Cemetery. Then turn and face the East and walk out of the Gazebo and find the grave of Thusnelda Dunks.
To find Stage II - - find the last digit of the year that Thusnelda Dunks was born and put it on the first missing digit line and then put the last digit of the year that Thusnelda Dunks died and put it on the second missing digit line for the coordinates for Stage II:
Stage II:
N 32° 24.324 W 097° 19.2 _ _
If you put in the correct two digits, then you will be standing at the grave of Samuel Chestnut and his wife Caroline Chestnut. Please use that last digit of the year that Caroline Chestnut was born and then put that same digit on all three missing digit lines for the next Stage Coordinates.
Stage III:
N 32° 24. _ _ _ W 097° 19.292
If you put in the correct digit into all empty spaces, then you will be standing at this location.
The Pioneer Memorial Sign Monument was at the west entrance of SWAU from 1973 till it was replaced by a new entrance donated by the class of 2004 and the Pioneer Sign was made by Philip Payne. Walk around to the back of this colorful monument and read the year shown in big letters on the back of the monument. Use the last two digits of the year and put those two digits into the next set of coordinates.
Stage IV:
N 32° 24.2 _ _ W 097° 19.231
If you put in the correct digits into the two missing digit places, then you will be standing at this location.
Take the last digit of the year that Alvin E Wiist was born and put this same digit into the two missing digit places on the next coordinates.
Stage V:
N 32° 24.30 _ W 097° 19.22 _
If you put in the correct digit into all the empty spaces, then you will be standing at this location.
Take the last digit of the day that Mary King was born and put that last digit into the first missing digit place below. Then take the last two digits of the year that Mary King was born and put these two digits into the second and third missing digit places. Then for the W 097° coordinates use both digits of the day that Mary King was born and put both of those digits into the final missing digit places. When you have all the missing digit places filled - - Those are the coordinates to the location of the Final Stage and Cache.
Final Stage:
N 32° 24. _ _ _ W 097° 19. _ _ 9
If you put in the correct digits, then you will be at the location of the geocache.
