This is located on the Lakeland Trail, which stretches from Hamburg to Jackson.
This structure was built many years ago and is a nice addition to the trail, making it a safer option to cross M-36 I was told it can be used by horses, but have never seen one there. Parking is at a trailhead, which would be the closest parking, however, there is parking at different points along the trail to make for a longer hike.
