The new 1.1 million dollar Meadowlands Amphitheatre (Sound Shell) was opened in 2012. The old sound Shell at caneland park was which was donated by the Lions Club in 1988 to celebrate Australias bicentennial was demolished in 2009 as part of the revamped park with playground, barbecue and picnic facilities to complememnt the Bluewater Lagoon. Watch for Muggles as this location has muiltiple areas from which you can be spotted.
