This fun cache is along the Hummel Trail in the charming borough of Hummelstown.
This cache was created with kids in mind. Even as an adult, my favorite geocaches have fun treats so I will always do my best to keep it full of goodies. Having said that, please have a little trinket to replace anything you wish to take. Two of my son's favorite things growing up were dinosaurs and trains, both of which will always bring back fond memories for me. I didn't know about geocaching back then, but it would have been great to find either one of those while spending the day hunting for treasures! This is what I hope for you. This cache is located about 10 feet off of the trail, an easy and peaceful nature walk. Once you find this cache, instead of going out the way you come in, enjoy the rest of the trail by continuing forward and looping back around to the entrance. When you get to the fork (you will see a wooden bench), go left to stay on track. Since this cache is located in a park, you will only be able to access it from dawn to dusk.
