I hope this helps some cachers with their AlphaNumeric challenge!
This is a Rolling Cube puzzle. To solve it, you will need the puzzle grid and one six-sided die. Use a die where opposite faces add to seven (7); this includes most normal dice. Place the die on the "1" so that the "1" face is on the top of the die and the "2" face is pointing towards the star. Your goal is to reach the star. To do this, you must tip the die along the grid squares (tipping the die indicates turning the die over one of its edges; for example, rolling the die one space downwards would cause the top face of the die to be a 5.) Do not roll the die on top of any of the shaded squares. Finally, do not roll the die onto a square that would cause the top face of the die to be a 6. (As an example, after starting the puzzle you can not immediately roll the dice two spaces down, as that would cause the top face to be a 6.) You will solve the puzzle when you can roll the die from the 1 to the star in 39 moves where moving the die one square counts as one move.
After solving the puzzle, you must find out which numbers the letters represent. A letter represents the sum of each number that was face up when the die rolled over its spot. For example, if the die rolled over the letter D three times and the numbers face up while it was rolled over were a 1, a 1, and a 3, the letter D would represent 1+1+3=5. Use only the last digit of any two digit number.
