Gone with the Wind

While visiting family a few days ago and recruiting some new geocachers to the sport, to our surprise we found that a small but popular town in mid-Missouri didn't have any caches placed. This particular town is a very busy junction point (hwy 52 & hwy 135) for those headed to the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Our experience with the locals was so wonderful and the town itself had a warm welcoming feel to it, we wanted to place a cache so others can hopefully enjoy the same experience we had.

The cache itself is located near a popular restaurant in the center of Stover, in which the owner (who had just recently heard about geocaching) was more than happy to give permission to place this cache and besides the swag we left inside, included a nice gift for the FTF. This cache is available day or night and should be a pretty easy P&G with minimal muggles. We have family that will be assisting with regular maintenance so we do ask that when found, please place the cache back in its exact location (and out of sight). The container itself is big enough to hold some swag and has been camo'd.
