Geocache Description:

Welcome to the school of geocaching! Here we will learn about how to find regular geocaches of many types that are common in the geocaching world. This cache is the third in this series.

Lesson 3: Log/Branch cache hide.

Here we have another good example of a geocache hide that is common in nature :- The log or branch hide.

In this case I have taken a branch that is at the cache site and simply pushed a micro cache inside the wood.

This particular branch is fixed at the ground zero, which is good because it means that an unknowing member of the public (or muggles as they are known commonly by geocachers!) won’t pick it up and throw it for his dog! When you grab this cache please do not break the branch!

The terrain rating for this geocache is much higher than the previous lessons.This will give you a better idea of what to expect from other geocaches out in the forests. Go to the ground zero carefully. Once you are there make sure the area you are in matches the photo of the area below this information. If you are having trouble then use the spoiler photos. There is no hint for this cache because all the hints are within this text.
