The current St Brigid's Church in Stillorgan was built in 1712, it has therefore recently celebrated its 300th anniversary. However it is believed that a church existed on this site for many centuries before this.

The church is situated on what was originally the main Bray road. It's quieter here now that the road is on the other side of the wall. The old churchyard is worth a wander around.
The Church Micro IE series is open to everyone; if you have a church you would like to place a cache at then please contact THE_Chris through Geocaching.com. This is to keep track of the numbers of the churches and give you the general format for the cache page. In the UK there are thousands in the series so we have some catching up to do! Also, if you currently have a published cache at a church that you would like to include in the series, get in contact and we can add it.
The cache
The cache is a small magnetic tube situated near the main entrance to the church on the old Stillorgan Road, bring your own pen, tweezers would be useful too.
