Terro Puss #2 Traditional Cache

This cache is located near Ipswich Pteropus Conservation Park, home to the Woodend Nature Centre and three types of Flying Foxes.

This cache replaces one of the first caches we found when starting geocaching. The original having been archived for some time.

The Nature Centre has a series of information boards on the viewing deck so you can learn a little about flying foxes. The three types of bats found here are the Black Flying Fox (Pteropus alecto), Grey-headed Flying Fox (Pteropus poliocephalus), and the Little Red Flying Fox (Pteropus scapulatus).
