Geocache Description:

Dedicated October 23, 1999

Located at Meadow Park in Shingletown California

One of the Largest totem poles in North America

Carved by John Welch

I was hanging out at Shingletown after spending an afternoon caching. I have driven past this totem pole many times before but this was the first time I got up close to it. I decided to hide a cache here because it is such an interesting landmark and I thought this location would make a perfect place for a hide.

Try to put it back exactly where you found it. Hopefully it will last in it's current location. Make sure to bring a camera to take pictures, also bring your own pen. Bragging rights for FTF. Good luck.

Congratulations to quadsearcher and granny quad for the co-FTF!
