J.O.E. Just Off Exit Cache. A simple micro hidden in the normal fashion ("Just Off the Exit") as a cache & dash.
Within in my travels to other states over time, I came across a few J.O.E. (Just Off Exit) caches. To the best of my knowledge NW Pa does not have any J.O.E. Caches until now.
Quick easy access both North & South bound on I-79 @ Exit 141 to obtain this cache.
