Here at the Boulevard Konrad Adenauer by the European Investment Bank you find a gigantic chair sculpture by Magdalena Jetelová.
Known as the ''Stuhl'', this gigantic dark-coloured chair has been on display since 2000 and features rough wooden textures that express vitality and strength. The roughness and simplicity of the ''Stuhl'' stands out boldly, contrasting with some of the European Union's coloured glass and steel buildings of Luxembourg. (source LW 16.04.2013)

Now go down the road for about 80m and find a hydrant. Look at the spoiler to see which number (2 digits) is missing. Take this number and make a projection from the starting coordinates of (XX*3)+4 m at (XX*4)+26,5°
