Parking is at the end of Burma Road.
Bring your own writing stick. I suggest walking 35 little steps from the pavement down the trail before entering the trees. When bending down to retrieve the cache, take care to keep branches out of your eyes. Expect to encounter nature-loving muggles at any time.
The Linley Valley parkland is my favourite space in Nanaimo. Containing 800 acres of undeveloped lands from streams and lakes to cliffs and trails to meadows and old growth trees.
In past decades, dumping of trash at the end of Burma was a problem. You might encounter remnants of these days. Cachers should be prepared for CITO at any time. There is a trash bin less than 25m from the cache.
