Geocache Description:

a quick park and grab near the mailbox at a private residence/yard (placed with consent)

Be sure to check out the Little Free Library! take a book, leave a book ~ specializing in kids books!

My mother encourages my hobbies and enjoys going on the occasional outing with me to grab a cache here or there.  When i told her i had begun to hide my own caches, she asked if i could put one in her yard, thus "In Search of Bigfoot" was born.  She has stuffed it full of old foreign coins and goodies!  Bring you own pen, just in case!

My mom is super friendly so if she happens to be in the yard, be sure to say hello and comment on her cache!

My mother's yard has been featured on the Albany garden tour, and the front yard that is visible to the intrepid cacher who stops by showcases flowering plants and trees, statues and sculptures.  There are unique plants, roses, rocks, and garden goodies all about the yard.  There is a bench behind the small fence where the pups can often be spotted watching for traffic. If you look closely, under the tree near the house you may even spot a Sasquatch!  If you are lucky the fountain will be spashing and the birds will be singing!
