TheSpockNader: Sadly, this cache appears to be lost. The many downed trees and wetness of the area have made it difficult to figure out where it ended up. I'm not local to the area anymore, so I'm afraid I'm not going to replace it.

Close to the road, but a little bit of bushwacking is required inside the Town of Clarence's Kruger Property.
Kruger Property is owned by the Town of Clarence and is one of the town's smallest park areas, at only 3.96 acres.
A little bit of bushwacking may be required depending on the state of the vegitation. Be careful when parking to avoid being too close to the sharp bend in the road.
