Walked past here many times, and always wondered what the story is, but after doing some research I came up with nothing.
Lately since I've discovered geocaching when I walk past here I think "mmmm, this place needs a cache" !
So here it is, and now maybe one of you can enlighten me as to the history of this building?
The walk to the cache is gonna be real easy and real short, but Newlands forest is a great place to bring the family. There is a few more of these weird and unexplained buildings, check out the other caches and plan your route to maximise your finds for the day. Bring your daypacks and work your way up to the contour path from where you can walk all the way to Constantia Nek or Kloofnek in the other direction.
Please be carefull when approaching GZ, allthough I have never seen anybody loitering here anything is possible. BE SAFE.
