Dear (insert Geocaching name here)
You are invited to a Geocaching event on the North side of Brisbane in the Suburb of Boondall. Geocaching is a outdoor, GPS based sport that involves finding containers using a set of GPS Coordinates.
Monarchs Dual invite you to Attend their first Event, a social and fun afternoon in the Donna Phillip Reserve. An Event is great chance to meet some fellow Geocachers, Trade/Discover Trackables, swap stories of adventure and catch up with friends. We hope that you can join us to help celebrate geocaching and all that makes it great in its 15th year.
When: 1400-1630 on the 25th of July 2015
Where: Donna Phillips Reserve, Boondall or follow the posted coordinates for parking and closest train station. Meeting place will be near the playground under a Gazebo.
Activities/Facilities: This Park is home to a childs playground and swings, a half basketball court and wide open spaces. Drinking water is available from bubblers nearby. There are no bathrooms on site but are located in the adjacent park a short stroll away. There are Geocaches in the area and might provide a nice element to the day if you have not already found them. We will bring down a few games (Basketballs, Football, Bochi and Cricket Set) for the kids and adults alike to enjoy.
What to Bring: A fold out or camp chair. Trackables and Swaps. Anyone interested in Geocaching.
RSVP: Post an Attend log to let us know you're coming or just stop in on the day to say hi.
