This geocache is inspired by Andrew Carnegie who helped finance over 2500 Public Libraries which were built in this and other countries and the phenomenon of leaving books in coffee shops and other public places. In 2010 two men started the idea of the Little Free Library using the platform of "take a book and leave a book". They asked citizens to create their own little libraries in the hope of creating more than the number Carnegie built. They reached that goal in 2010 and the number is still growing. Exchange a book when you visit.
