Geocache Description:

The Minnis Rock

Cache is placed just before rock. Please place Cache deep into hiding spot with grass cover, Thank you.

The Minnis rock mystery has puzzled people for years (If you've ever come across it). It's been said to have been a place where sheep were kept to an unfinished parallel of 'The Black Arches' Other theorys include: Place of worship and temporary housing for travlers.

But what is the Minnis rock? An artistic endeavour? A place of worship? Or just a rock? Who knows?  Thank you to the owner and manager of the country park for giving me permission for this to be placed
