We have placed a number of caches round the country roads in this area. We call it Leadhills although Leadhills village is a few miles away. We have fond memories of this area - camping and playing in the rivers.
The cache is a small tupperware box with space for swaps.
Parking is on the other side of the road.
Can be accessed from either side if you have a big enough stride but be careful as the stone and slope can be slippery when when wet.
