This cache is placed in the parking lot of a large shopping mall.  Rarely do cars park this far away except during the Christmas Season.

This can be a park and grab.  Not your usual hiding spot.  No need to leave the pavement. Pay attention to the name of this cache. Congratulations to ScarLetNeckLace on FTF.
