Geocache Description:

A micro-cache hidden along the old road created when the Channel Tunnel was being built.

The location of this cache is along a road which was built to take equipment and workers over the hill from Folkestone Road to the Channel Tunnel works near Shakespeare Cliff. The road now ends at an underpass below the A20, which joins the cycle route between Dover and Folkestone. Also a great access point to the cliffs above Samphire Hoe.

Pull off of the B2011 at a large junction and park safely along one of the available kerbs. After parking, go under or through the gate to follow the road uphill. This road is popular with dog walkers, so watch your step. The cache is around 330 meters up the hill in a small plastic container a couple of inches in size. There is no room for a pen, so please make sure you bring one to sign the log book inside.

You will have a marvellous view of Dover Castle in the distance when looking back down the road.

This is my first attempt at hiding a Geocache, so please give me feedback. Enjoy...
