Lots of places to park. It's the city's secret garden used for Tulip Festival. It will take a bit to grab this one. be careful!
This is a special spot although most times of the year it doesn't look like much. It overlooks a secret garden only used during Tulip Festival. During the Spring you will see the tulips starting to come up and then in full bloom. If you come after the festival though, they will all be gone as the are used for the Queen and her Court's bouquets.
