Bis zum Jahre 1970 verbrachten ca. 80 Kühe dort den Sommer.
Gemolken wurde bei „Wind und Wetter“, da diese Alm über keinen Stall verfügte, von dem Senner, Hirte und Beihirte. Somit musste jeder dieser 3 Personen 2x täglich 1/3 der Kühe von Hand, bei jedem Wetter im Freien, melken.
An dieser schönen Stelle ist heute noch ein altes Wasserrad zu sehen welches den Butterkübel für die Butterproduktion antrieb.

Milking was done at "wind and weather", as this mountain pasture had no stable.
The alpine herdsman and the 2 herders had to milk, regardless of the weather outdoors,
2x daily 1/3 of the cows by hand.
At this beautiful location is still today an old water wheel visible which drove the butter tubs for the butter production.
