My third hide in this park. I wanted to show off the nice trails. This 78 acre park was made possible by the donation of land by Fisk Carlin which features the rugged topography of the Kettle Moraine area with uplands, steep kettles, a man-made pond, and lowlands with an ephemeral stream. The park is used for picnics, hiking, nature study, sledding, fishing, ice fishing, ice skating, snowshoeing, model aircraft flying, relaxing, etc. There is also a playground.
Dogs are allowed on the trails, however, they must be on a leash and please clean up after them. There is a dog waste area by the parking lot.
Enjoy the peace and quiet and the sounds of nature. Watch for muggles with the addition of the disc golf course.
This park has an automatic gate system, which opens at sunrise and closes at sunset. Do not search for this in the dark.
Permission to place this has been granted by the Jefferson County Park System on 6-11-2015.
